After Graduation
Certificates are legal documents. They should be kept in a safe place and not laminated. We do not certify photocopies of certificates.
Confirmation of Awards
- If you want us to confirm your award to prospective employers and others who contact us, please give us permission by filling in the Confirmation of Awards authorisation form.
Replacement Certificates
- We issue replacement certificates only in exceptional circumstances, for example, if yours is damaged. We reserve the right to deny duplicate copies. To request a duplicate, please complete a GCU replacement certificate request form and pay a fee of £50.00
- If you graduated before 1993 with a CNAA/SQA award we cannot give you a replacement certificate. You should contact the Open University Validation Services at www.open.ac.uk/validate or www.sqa.org.uk.
