Changes to graduation registration
Send any changes to your graduation registration to the Graduation & Awards Unit in writing, by letter, email or fax.
Changes can be a number of things, for example:
- You have decided to change from attending a ceremony to graduating “in absentia”, or the other way round.
- You have decided to change from graduating to going on to the next level of study.
- A change of address.
- A change to your guest ticket request.
- Any other change which will affect your registration for graduation.
You must order your gown no later than 21 days before each ceremony.
Invitation Letter and Guest tickets
You will receive your invitation letter and guest tickets about one week before the ceremony.
