Prior to joining GCU London as lecturer in marketing, Thomas worked with small and medium sized enterprises (SME) as an external consultant but also within management across travel services and fashion retail operations (mail order and e-commerce). His focus was in re-structuring and adjusting processes to optimise service operation outputs to meet customer expectations across different markets and countries.
Having graduated with a BA (Hons) and an MSc with distinction, Thomas currently undertakes research towards a PhD in the area of SME decisions to internationalise (PhD research profile). He also holds a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has attended training programmes in Marking and Systems Thinking.
Thomas is also Programme Leader for the MSc Global Marketing at GCU London.
