All level 3, 4 and 5 Undergraduates and all eligible taught postgraduate students will be sent an email on 9 April with instructions on graduation registration.
If you have not received an email and expect/wish to graduate at either the summer or winter graduation ceremonies, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org from your GCU email account. Please ensure you include your Student ID number and full name.
This year, our Winter graduation ceremony will take place on 4th November 2019.
Changes to graduation registration
If you wish to make a change to your graduation registration after you have completed and submitted the graduation registration form, please send any changes by email to email@example.com from your GCU email account. All changes must be made by Friday 31 May for summer ceremony and Friday 4 October for winter ceremony.
Changes can be a number of things, for example:
- You have decided to change from attending a ceremony to graduating in absentia (non-attendance), or the other way round.
- You have decided to change from graduating to going on to the next level of study.
- A change of address.
- A change to your guest ticket request.
Any other change which will affect your registration for graduation.
You must order your gown no later than 21 days before each ceremony.
